Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

​

Please note that slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and the printing process.
